Returns + Exchanges

We will happily accept unworn, undamaged,  or defective full price products for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt date from jakandfox.com. Sale items, earrings and headbands are final sale and therefore not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Jak & Fox items purchased in boutiques or retailers may not be exchanged or returned through Jak & Fox. Please contact the store from which you made the original purchase.
